Our detailed reports pin-point the weaknesses and strengths of your process and list realistic and feasible cost reduction opportunities, highlighting their financial impact on a product by product basis.
Should the report conclude that your overhead costs are effectively managed, your company will still benefit from this knowledge by concentrating on other activities that may help achieve its savings target.
We work on a NO SAVINGS – NO FEE basis. Our fee is negotiated as a percentage of the saving during the first year only. No payment is requested before completion of work. In order to minimise the disruption of your day to day activities, we limit the number of visits to your company to maximum a of three with an average stay of one to two days on each occasion.

Should a member of our team not be in your country, we would ask you to cover transport and accommodation costs for the appropriate consultant/s nearest to your company.
